Where are you located?
We're an online-first brand, which means no warehouse (or want one, honestly). Instead, we work with print partners scattered across the US who make your stuff and ship it out from wherever's closest to you. Less time in transit, fewer boxes getting tossed around by tired delivery drivers. Just your order, printed fresh, and on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, we only ship within the US. But if you're somewhere else and really want something, email us at support@mildlywildshop.com. We'll do our best to be as accommodating as possible and see what we can make happen. Worth a shot, right?
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yep! Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can watch it make its way to you.
What materials are your products made of?
We use soft, durable stuff that's gentle on skin, comfy enough to live in, tough enough to handle whatever you're up to. Exact materials vary by item, but all the details are on each product page if you want to get specific.
